Confluence is defined as a coming or flowing together. The shapes created in these abstract pieces seem to flow across the surface. These artworks are purely intuitive. I don't start with a drawing or a plan. I just start putting down color and see where the journey takes me. They are most definitely influenced by the organic shapes found in nature.
